    It was good for one night. Basic rooms. Well priced. Near the riverside area and lots of shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. I'd stay again.

    The hotel is very clean. The maids are very good. However when I got into my room very late at night after travelling by bus for 12 hours I found the A/,C did not work. I was very tired and the room was cool so I showered and went to sleep. The next day I explained that the A/C did not work. Their answer It must be working they have just regassed it. 3 hours they messed about. Finally they asked me to turn off and disconnect all the electric appliances which I did. Then they turned the electric off at source and turned it back on. Of course the A/C still did not work. I then had to get very firm with them and tell them what was going to happen. 1 you repair the A/C now. 2 you move me to another room. 3 I check out, make a complaint to Agoda and dispute the card payment. Finally they agreed to move me. But with no assistance. I had to repack, move all of my own bags and unpack. Customer service is sadly lacking. If I return to Phnom Penh I shall not use this hotel.
