The room was quite small with limited space to hang up wet jackets and waterproof trousers without making a mess. Quite expensive for a room only - but seems to be comparable with other accommodation in the area - and in fairness cleaner and more comfortable than some hotels I have stayed in in the UK recently.

Easy check-in, very clean, working shower, the sound insulation is actually quite good, comfortable bed and a big openable window
A bit too far if you are on foot(30 min if you are going from the station), however it’s very close to the sea, literally 2 minutes from the cliffs

I was a little disappointed the new owners have scrapped breakfast. The house is a guest house, not a B&B.
The room has en suite, and tv. Everything is secure and very clean.
If all you require is a bed for the night at a budget rate. Don't forget to leave time get breakfast elsewhere though
Consider putting breakfast back on the menu.
The house is a little way out of the way, guess a mile to amenities.
