My room was small but ideal! I was only staying a single night so I could catch the morning ferry back home to Orkney. My room had everything I needed, was super cosy and really comfy. Will definitely be back again next time I'm on the same ferry and have already recommended it to several friends!

The room and bathroom is really clean and the location is good. Even the breakfast is not included but they still provide ready to eat oats .
Room doesn’t have any view, Expect a good view from the room but disappointed.

I was a little disappointed the new owners have scrapped breakfast. The house is a guest house, not a B&B.
The room has en suite, and tv. Everything is secure and very clean.
If all you require is a bed for the night at a budget rate. Don't forget to leave time get breakfast elsewhere though
Consider putting breakfast back on the menu.
The house is a little way out of the way, guess a mile to amenities.
