Lily Park Complex , Self-Catering

Management really listened to my previous concerns, and I was so pleased to see that all the bathrooms and walls had been freshly painted. 👌 It was such a pleasure walking into a clean, fresh and well-maintained apartment. The staff at reception are amazing—always friendly, welcoming and willing to assist whenever needed. I truly appreciate the improvements and the effort that has been made to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. It definitely made a difference to my experience. Thank you to the entire team!

Just one small suggestion: since this is a self-catering apartment, it would be helpful to provide a few basic cleaning essentials, such as dishwashing liquid, a dishcloth and something to wipe the floor in case of spills. These small additions would make the self-catering experience even more convenient.

There was a miscommunication between myself and the receptionist which I felt could have been handled better

Reception and security guard super friendly and lovely to deal with

Tenants living there play music too loudly too early with no concern for neighbours. The beds were comfortable enough. Curtains could be blockout as passage lights are on all night.
