Overall everything from the reception to the room -
The attitude of one of the breakfast staff (CHEF) but the rest of the staff from housekeeping and receptionist are perfect - only this particular staff with another kind of attitude!

Nothing, the area is small, gets packed, and is not kept clean as guests come and go
The breakfast was a disappointment as they could not cater for people who do not eat pork.

There were people drinking and making noise downstairs and the gate was not closed( not working)on the day of check in
