No way I would go there again. Wanted to leave earlier, but no refund, nooo arragement with them was possible.
Unfortunately a catastrophe, all of it. I went to address in Booking; liked appartment, had to book and pay to get number to ask when I can get in. Only Italien, in 2h!! Waiting, and Apartment was further down at a veeeeery loud main road. 9 different keys!!! To apartment and garage They make you think (with wrong direction in booking announcement) that is is a different apartment in a different area. No English. Not possible to sit on Terrasse as too loud. Parking yes, tiny and not without help possible to get out with a big car cause traffic would meet to be stopped for a while. No wine opener, no desk, one aircon not working properly, other not at all as no batteries (‚I can go and buy myself some in supermarket.‘)

Super Wetter, Super Gegend, Hundefreundlich, Wohnung sollte stellenweise erneuert werden.
Mit dem Schlüsseltressor kam man wunderbar in die Wohnung. Der Gastgeber war gut zu erreichen und hat gut unterstütz. Da es Probleme mit der Heizung gab, kam am nächsten Tag (Sonntag) ein Handwerker und endlich gab es auch Heizung und heisses Wasser. Der Gastgeber hat unterstützt auch bei den Problemen mit dem TV. Die Wohnung wird laut Gastgeber jetzt im Winter renoviert, was auch erforderlich ist. Die Dusche ist nicht mehr schön. Die Terasse ist mindestens 40qm groß einfach toll und hinten gibt es noch einen Grill und einen Wasseranschluss draußen. Man kann auch aufs Meer schauen und morgens herrlich in der Sonne sitzen. Sehr angenehm das eine abschließbare Garage dabei ist. Der Gastgeber war sehr feundlich.
Der erste Tag war viel Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber, zumal die Wegbeschreibung etwas schwierig ins Navi zu geben ist. Die Dusche/Duschkabine ist nicht mehr so stabil und alles sehr verkalkt sieht nicht schön aus. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, es war die erste Nacht sehr kalt (Aufenthalt im November). Es gab keinen Türgriff am Balkon der war abgebaut man musste den Rolladen runter lassen. Die Töpfe und Teller waren nicht so sauber und eine Herdplatte hat nicht funktioniert. Geschirr abspülen ist schwierig weil das Wasser nicht im Spülbecken bleibt. Es gab Löcher mit Lehrrohren in sämtlichen Wänden.

Il terrazzo era sporchissimo, se non scegliete il servizio di biancheria ricordatevi di portare anche il tappetino per il bagno non fornito dalla struttura, non puntate sulla simpatia del personale
