The trailer sleeps 5-6, 1 queen bed with upgraded mattress and privacy curtain, a bunk house (with foam toppers for more comfort) and a dinette that converts to a bed (great for 2 small kids). Excellent condition, new tires, extremely clean, and easy to tow with a base weight of only 3,078 pounds Most full-sized trucks and SUVs can handle it. Equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and all of the essentials you’ll need for your getaway. We know you'll enjoy traveling in our RV as much as we do! Important Items: Cleaning: $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the RV is not returned in the same clean condition as when received. Tank Emptying: $50 fee will be charged if the grey and black water tanks are not emptied by renters before return. INSIDE: Knives, forks, spoons, bowls, plates, cups, 6 cup moka pot for delicious coffee, fresh towels, pillows and fresh sheets, cutting board, BBQ utensils, mixing bowls, microwave, pots & pans, scissors, toilet paper, trash can and trash bags. OUTSIDE: 40-feet of sewage hose with clear fittings, 50-ft water hose, water filter,tire chocks, leveling blocks and spare tire. Here's the answer: Black water is everything that goes down the RV toilet. Gray water is all the water going down the kitchen sink and shower. Both are stored in separate tanks, but are drained through a single
