About this house rental
Located near Napa River just 5 minutes from the Ferry Terminal into San Francisco, this spacious and stylish 4BD/3BA home is perfect for a work-from-home or home-away-from-home experience!
Featuring a patio with outdoor dining area, BBQ grill & hammock for relaxing, pool table room to build team camaraderie, 2 55" smart TVs for entertainment, and cozy bedrooms with comfortable memory-foam mattresses, this home breathes life and light into one's soul!
**NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES/EVENTS!**
As you enter the home, there is a dining room with a large 8-person dining table and living room with 55" smart TV and comfortable sectional couch.
As you walk down the hallway, you'll see a pool table room with 55" smart TV and fireplace to the left and kitchen with breakfast table to the right.
There is a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. There is also an entrance to the backyard with an outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and hammock.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms of which the Master Bedroom has an en-suite Master Bathroom and Walk-In Closet. The other bedrooms have Queen beds. There is a separate jack-and-jill bathroom and laundry room as well.
Master Bedroom has king-size bed and the other 3 bedrooms have queen-size bed with comfortable memory-foam mattresses.
Private Entrance. You have access to the entire home including the backyard.
There is a MAXIMUM LIMIT of 3 CARS per reservation. Please do not block the sidewalk.
I give my guests space but am available anytime to help with questions :)
Only DISCLOSED number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional short-term renters that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.
By booking you agree that, there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay that's not pre-disclosed.
Maintain quiet hours from 9PM-8AM (strictly enforced).
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed. Loud noise and parties and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Additional guests after 6 people would require an extra charge of $40 per head on each night’s rate due to the usage and wear & tear on the home. Penalty for each unannounced guest not disclosed prior to the stay is $80 per head per night (2x the normal charge) with a potential eviction.
Please take off your shoes before going on carpeted areas.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS ALLOWED IN THIS HOME! This will result in a fine of $1,000 or more, payable via the Resolution Center.
ABSOLUTELY NO BACKYARD ACCESS AFTER 9PM as noise travels easily in the neighborhood.
Do not tamper with the surveillance system. Tampering will result in a $500 fine.
Turn off all lights, AC/heater, and gas & lock all doors when away.

The property is in a great neighborhood that is quiet and great for kids. We were at an event which was at Sonoma Raceway and with traffic only took us 30 minutes at the most, which was good. Very close to good restaurants and stores.Great place to stay.TA
