La grand' maison

This is an extraordinary house, well worth the visit just for the experience. It dates from the 15th Century and has lots of original features. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is accessed from a spiral stone staircase, clearly original. I think that there are perhaps just two letting bedrooms, a double and a triple. Both are saved by an external bathroom and toilet, with a small seating area. I think that they only let out one or the other, so you will always be totally private.

The location is a bit away from the motorway, so not ideal if you want a quick in and out. Although there are restaurants locally, we were there on a Monday, so we had to travel to Bourges for dinner. It's about 25 minutes away.

Accueil très agréable, maison et cadre très jolie. Petit déjeuner de grande qualité et varié avec des produits faits maison.

Un appareil de climatisation en cas de forte chaleur (ce qui était le cas) serait apprécié.
