The property is very tired and there are a lot of things that need improving eg:
rusty shelf unit and rough plaster repair in bathroom,
water mark on ceiling in front bedroom obviously caused by a previous leak,
chipped worktops and sink in kitchen,
creeping rug and uncomfortable sofas in living room,
lack of useful information booklet about local amenities,
not enough power sockets
we had to replace batteries in TV remote to get it to work
on one of the double mattresses you could feel the springs sticking into you
