Spacious, all modern equipment, very clean, very in the middle of many touristic villages and Siena and Firenze.
It’s on quite a busy road.

Arredata con cura nei dettagli, esteticamente molto bella, molto accogliente, ci è piaciuta molto: serramenti laccati azzurro polvere e pavimenti particolari; pareti in pietre e mattoni; volta a crociera del soffitto di tavelle; bagni indipendenti per entrambe le camere; lavatrice e asciugatrice con detersivi a disposizione; cucina ben attrezzata con colazione e bibite per il primo giorno; lampade che creano una calda atmosfera; porte di separazione nel corridoio che permettono tranquillità fra zona giorno e zona notte; grande monitor tv con Netflix; climatizzazione ben servita; misure di sicurezza con cancellata in entrata e telecamera; comodità del supermercato ben fornito, proprio di fronte. Tutti e quattro gli ospiti abbiamo molto apprezzato i materassi e cuscini, per aver dormito benissimo. Deanna è stata molto disponibile e gentilissima.
Unico piccolo disagio : il divano e le poltrone sono molto belli, ma non offrono molta comodità per 4 persone che guardano la tv insieme. Parcheggi in zona: ci sono parcheggi gratuiti, nelle vie intorno la struttura, ma in quasi tutti, di giorno bisognerebbe spostare l’auto perché hanno durata di 2 ore, ma bisogna anche dire che non abbiamo visto controlli e il parcheggio prolungato è stato ben tollerato.

Es la segunda vez que escogemos este alojamiento en Colle di Val d'Elsa por su estupenda ubicación (a 10 minutos andando del lugar donde tenemos que trabajar), su supermercado con horario amplio justo enfrente y, sobre todo, por el lugar en sí: está impecablemente diseñado con gran gusto para tener una estancia agradable. Los colchones de ambas habitaciones son cómodos, los baños son amplios y todo el apartamento está dotado de todo lo que puedas necesitar para pasar una semana excelente. Además, la anfitriona es muy accesible y la comunicación con ella siempre es fluida y rápida. Volveremos!

Beautiful, well designed property in a quiet Tuscan town. Good location with the Co-op directly opposite. Two bedrooms + 2 bathrooms were a plus.
It should be noted that the Co-op car park is limited to 2 hours parking. You are then told that it’s possible to park on the streets and that it’s necessary to move your car for street cleaning, one morning a week.
We had booked a mid stay clean (our family stayed here for 12 nights) and were informed that the cleaner had found a scratch on the bedroom door frame, approximately 2 inches in length, just at floor level. Frankly speaking, you would have to be on your hands & knees, in order to even see this scratch. We have no idea whether it was there when we arrived as we didn’t examine every inch of the property.
We were sent a bill the NEXT morning for €366 to have this repaired. Even if we had caused the scratch, this amount was excessive.
Needless to say, the owner didn’t return our €200 cash security deposit. We raised this with Booking.com who agreed that this was an unreasonable amount. Nothing could be done by Booking.com as the security deposit was paid by bank transfer to the host.
Lessons learned : never pay security deposit directly to host + if you want to stay at Casa Masoni, please check every inch of the property upon arrival & behave during your stay as if you’re in a lovely museum.
