La posizione è estremamente tranquilla, la piscina è ben esposta e fruibile (per quanto andrebbe controllata adeguatamente per tutelare tutti gli ospiti durante le ore di apertura), le camere sono particolarmente ampie, il parcheggio è comodissimo e gli esterni sono molto ben manutenuti.
Non è concepibile, specie col caldo d'agosto, la presenza di un solo condizionatore nell'ambiente d'ingresso dell'alloggio, privandone la camera da letto e proponendo di sopperire a tale mancanza con un ventilatore o spostandosi a dormire sul divano letto all'ingresso. E' altrettanto inconcepibile, nella politica tariffaria adottata, richiedere un supplemento biancheria di 15€ al giorno. La comunicazione con l'Ospite, a partire dal mio contatto iniziale e anche dopo l'arrivo, ha lasciato molto a desiderare, lasciando trapelare una forma di palese insofferenza verso le rimostranze e le perplessità da me rappresentate, con considerazioni e conclusioni tutt'altro che all'altezza di un host che si rispetti.
