Fabulous, I cannot wait for my next trip to the area, I know where I shall be for my accommodation.

As someone who prefers to be somewhere other than in a hotel room when traveling on business, the views and the peace offered by this location above Bevagna is a wonderful spot with views across the valley to Assisi in the North and Trevi in the South, Bevagna down below and across to Foligno and Spello to the East. Set in rich Olive groves the views both by day and by night are spectacular. Chiara, the hostess is charming and wonderfully obliging and rightfully very proud of the property and the produce from the farm which includes their own Virgin Olive Oil and Sagrantino, a delightful red wine that is rare to find anywhere else in the World as it only produced in this small area of Umbria and the locals love to drink it meaning there is little or no volume to be exported out of the area.

As my visit was inclusive of the night in which we adjust our clocks for the Winter, the exterior lighting would benefit from some strategic low energy, low level LED lighting in the parking area and footpath around the property, just to aid navigation around the property at night. This is just a minor comment which in the summertime would perhaps not be relevant, but when darkness does fall, there is zero ambient light, and the darkness is complete. This would be spoiled by elevated lighting, however subtle ground level lighting would be perfect. It is not fair to say that there is no lighting already, as there is already some, so just some additional would remedy this easily.

Friendly place with a great view

The owners are incredible kind. The view is amazing. Perfect clean beds. We loved the swimming pool at the end of a hot day. Bevagna is a lovely town. From the apartment you can easily visit many beautiful towns.

Good breakfast [apart from the wasps in summer]. Nice place to stay!! And Bevagana town is a nice old town!

The double bed turned out to be 2 singles stuck together! Argh!! Not very comfortable when sleeping with your lover... )) Pool is just 1 meter deep...so good for your kids...

One of the best accommodations I have stayed at in any country!

This lovely property, set among the olive trees, is simply stunning, with fantastic views of the surrounding hills and countryside. It is in an ideal location to visit nearby cities, towns and villages such as Assisi, Bevagna, Spello, Montefalco, and more. It is very quiet, with a decent-sized swimming pool, a ping pong table, and outside dining space, and there is parking just metres from the property. The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout and more than big enough for two people, with a well-equipped kitchen/diner/living area, a nice bathroom with toiletries such as shampoo and soap provided, and a cosy bedroom with more of those fantastic views. The bed was extremely comfortable and perfect for a great night's sleep. Wi-Fi was also good, and Covid-19 protocols were strictly adhered to around the site. However, perhaps the best aspect of our stay were the hosts themselves. Accompanied by their small army of friendly little dogs, the hosts gave us a very warm welcome (with a bottle of wine and a tin of olive, both self-produced, included) and they made sure that we were comfortable and had all of the information we needed about where to visit. They were very friendly, and we left with lots of their excellent-quality products purchased from their on-site shop. It was excellent value for money considering we stayed during summer (20th-22nd July) and we will definitely stay here again - in fact, we added on another night to our booking because we liked it so much!

Rustig gelegen tussen de olijven boomgaarden. Mooi uitzicht op de vallei. Parkeren doe je onder en tussen de olijvenboompjes. Hele vriendelijke host. Een flesje wijn als welkom. Grote gemeenschappelikke tuin met tuinmeubilair. Eenvoudig ingericht. Grote koelkast. Fijn bed. Fijne douche. Handzeep en afwasmiddel zijn aanwezig. Tv op de slaapkamer. Heerlijke olijvenzeepjes. Brandmelder en brandblusser zijn aanwezig. Er zijn 3 ventilatoren. Er is een 2-pitsgasfornuis en een klein oventje.

Wifi kan beter als er meerdere gasten zijn. Voor het gebruik van de wasmachine moet je betalen en dat staat niet op booking. De afzuigkap werkte niet. Geen keukenrol. Geen waterkoker. Geen theedoek. Versleten teflon koekenpan. Minimale keukeninventaris.

Bellissima vacanza in Umbria

È stata una settimana bellissima..non ci si può aspettare nulla di meglio.. accoglienza e gentilezza di Chiara e Andrea omaggiandoci di una bottiglia di vino rosso al nostro arrivo e il loro olio..l' affetto dei due cagnolini..casale bellissimo in ottima posizione strategica per girare appartamento super confortevole... colazione super con qualsiasi cosa dolce e salata con prodotti tipici di produzione propria... abbiamo apprezzato la piscina molto rilassante...in sintesi torneremo sicuramente!!!

Poteva andare meglio

La struttura é situata in un’ottima posizione rispetto alle città da visitare (spello, Foligno, Assisi) e bevagna è una vera perla da non perdere. La vista era molto bella, la camera pulita e un bel panorama dalla finestra.

La struttura si presentava meno curata rispetto alle foto: ulivi lasciati crescere fin troppo, piscina piena di insetti, giochi per bambini sparsi ovunque, ma soprattutto ci siamo indisposti in quanto tra i servizi compresi nella camera era incluso quello della lavatrice e invece con dispiacere abbiamo scoperto una volta arrivati in struttura che per fare la lavatrice dovevamo pagare ulteriori 5€ cash. In fase di prenotazione avevamo chiesto di fare il check in tra le 14 e le 14:30 in quanto la mattina ci trovavamo ad arrone e volevamo visitare Spoleto e ci era stato risposto che avremmo avuto questa possibilità, però poi la host ha cercato di anticipare il check in al mattino, oppure dopo le 15 perché “doveva riposare in quanto molto stanca”. Una volta arrivati in struttura alle 15:33 abbiamo aspettato un buon 15/20 minuti prima che la host arrivasse in struttura e appena entrati in camera siamo stati accolti da una bella vespa inclusa nell’appartamento, nonostante vi siano le zanzariere.

La struttura è molto carina, immersa tra gli ulivi. Aprire le finestre al mattino e trovarsi davanti un oasi di pace.

L'ora della colazione, dalle 8.30 alle 10.30, avrei preferito che iniziasse prima.
