The property is a historic farmhouse of the 17th century.
The apartment of 40 sqm on the ground floor, has a separate entrance, has been completely renovated while maintaining the original historical appearance, ceilings with original oak beams and exposed stone walls.
2 + 2 beds. Neat furniture in arte povera style. Liveable and equipped kitchen.

The garden of about 1000 square meters is equipped with tables and benches, barbeque, secular olive grove. Swimming pool, umbrellas, sunbeds.
