Bathroom was exceptional, room overall was comfortable and clean, with a gorgeous tatami room.

A longer trek to the station, but doable

Idéalement situé pour visiter Kyoto, très confortable (salle de bains incroyable), propre, lit très confortable. Très grande réactivité de l'équipe notamment car nous avons souhaité rester une nuit de plus ce qui a été très facile à organiser, merci :)

Nice, clean room, modern, luxury facilities, customer services replies in minutes, supporting with all inquiries. Quiet location, 5mins to subway stations, coffee shops, 7-elevens.

Cutleries would be needed and more plates.

Good location of walking distance to things. the bathroom was spacious

Lots to mention here unfortunately. the room is large but a lot of space is wasted in a long corridor. the balcony is filthy and is unused and unusable, it overlooks the local gravel sports field. the gravel field was used most nights under floodnights we were there for firemen practice until 9pm or sports. the room ventilation was poor, and the air con unit shines a torch out of it and rattles at 40+db if you need to cool it. the bed mattresses were uncomfortable and lumpy cheap coil spring mattresses and there was a large range of led lights in the bedroom, some flashing, that made sleeping even less possible this was all at odds with other reviews, so we were quite surprised. the microwave to heat food is located in the fire escape stairwell. we stayed in room 201. I could go on unfortunately. We do not recommend.
