    The room was nice and had a kitchette which was a nice bonus. The breakfast wasn't bad minus the eggs that they used. It had enough for the crowd at the time. My biggest issue which I guess is what it is. For the price the area definitely isn't somewhere I would feel comfortable walking solo after dark.

    Nice view form top. Clean hotel. The window in our roo. Wouldnt close , so the noise a bit loud from the powet plant...Take a uber if you dont want to walk thru the projects to the subway.. thought we didnt mind.

    Great stay with lovely city views and excellent service! The hotel was really nice and had all the facilities we needed. Our room had a beautiful city view, and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful, and the service was great throughout our stay. Breakfast was tasty, with a good variety — though a small suggestion would be to have two stations for cereal like they do for hot food to avoid queues (it wasn’t very crowded, but it would help). The neighborhood was just okay — fine to walk around during the morning, but we preferred using taxis in the evening. The train station is close by, which is convenient, but since we had kids, we mostly took taxis. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! The hotel itself is excellent and reasonably priced considering how expensive city hotels can be. Midtown Manhattan was quite crowded, so I wouldn’t worry too much about the area. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort and great service.

    I will go back with no doubt it .. front desk people no really friendly and low customer service skill … but beside that it’s a good place for the price
