Absolute tranquility and crystal-clear nights (no noise pollution)
An architect-designed home, very well laid out, spacious, and all on one level—ideal for families or groups of friends. A huge south-facing terrace shaded by a large oak tree, and a more intimate terrace on stilts. It is an artist’s home, carefully furnished.
The 110 m² house features a spacious, bright living area (with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people, and a living area with a wood-burning stove), 3 bedrooms, including 1 master suite with a bathroom and walk-in closet; the other 2 bedrooms (sleep 2 and 1 person, respectively) share a shower room. 1 toilet + 1 utility room.
The south-facing rooms open onto a huge terrace perched in a tree and equipped with outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower. A staircase leads to the large, south-facing sloped yard and to another, more intimate terrace beneath the house, perfect for naps in the shade. At the entrance, on the north side, there is a small flat area with a vegetable garden in planters.
