The cottage, accessible to 1 person with reduced mobility can accommodate 4 people (2 bedrooms) and up to 6 people with supplement (air conditioned mezzanine equipped with a sofa bed).
Heated pool from May to September 5m by 11m with swimming against the current, without vis-à-vis. Shaded areas, pool house, deckchairs. Access to the pool is subject to schedules allowing its daily maintenance and can be shared with the owner. The pétanque balls are part of the rental, you can play on your private parking or on the petanque ground located next to the house.

The dynamic village of Cléon d'Andran includes 800m from the property: a small supermarket, 1 tobacco / newspaper, 2 bakeries, a butcher, two restaurants, two banks, a postal agency and many other businesses. A larger supermarket is less than 3 kms away.
We are located about 20 minutes from Dieulefit to the South, 20 'from Montélimar to the East and 20' from Crest to the North.
