The house offers 4 bedrooms, a mezzanine, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. The well equipped kitchen opens onto the living room equipped with a tv and internet access, or it is good to gather around the fireplace.
At the pool a summer kitchen with sink, electric stove and BBQ will fill you for meals with family or friends, for holidays in peace. Located near Montélimar, famous for its Nougat, Nyons for its oil of olive, Dieulefit for its picodons and pottery in a wine region with many grape varieties. At the doors of the Vercors with high places of resistance, crossing the Rhone you will be in the gorges of the Ardèche and ready to visit the Cave Chauvet arch bridge. You will discover in the Drôme Provençale pretty picturesque villages with their markets as Dieulefit or Nyons Montelimar is the nearest town that will fill you not only with its nougat, but also by its castle, its museum of contemporary art or the miniature. Athletes will find many trails for mountain biking, on foot, or a tree climbing park in the forest of Marsanne. Canoeing, kayaking, and rafting are practiced in the Drôme River near Crest. And for cycling enthusiasts the house is located on the route of the famous race 'La corima' which takes place in the spring.
