Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers this 120 m² house for rent in Sauzet, which can accommodate up to 10 travellers. It comprises a 28 m² living room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms with shower and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,600 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The ground-floor accommodation comprises
- A 28 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double beds (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double beds (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
- Bedroom 4: 1 bunk bed
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, baby bath and cot, high chair, fan, ironing board and iron, first aid kit.

- A 35 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
