Le Satelas, charming gîte in Dieulefit, Drôme provençale with exceptional view

Charming cottage freshly renovated for 8 people with a breathtaking view of the Drôme hills 3 km from the center of Dieulefit, the municipal swimming pool and all shops, quiet without being isolated but in the heart of a lush nature.
Fully equipped (Wifi, TV, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Fridge/freezer, Nespresso, French press and classic electric coffee makers, kettle, gas barbecue, crockery and abundant kitchen utensils), the house is south facing and is organized on 3 levels: a first floor with kitchen open to the living room, WC, covered patio where a microclimate allows you to eat outside all year round (when the weather is nice!). A first floor which includes a bathroom with shower and toilet, a second bathroom with shower, a bedroom with 4 beds (or a Queen size bed and a bunk bed) and a double bedroom (or twin beds). The second floor is in the dovecote, it is a cosy nest that accommodates a double bed, intimate and romantic with a heavenly view.

The patio, the large garden and the terrace in height shaded by the laurel tree complete the set and allow everyone to isolate themselves for a nap or to meet for a game or an aperitif. Hammocks and sun loungers are ideal for idleness.
The high-performance BBC and ecological renovation of this old stone lady will allow you to be cool in summer and warm in winter, the furniture and objects found and restored are our imprint.

The departure of walks (GR 9 among others) on foot, by mountain bike, motorbike or other is done directly from the house and it is possible to rent bicycles in the village for the week. The municipal swimming pool is open every day in summer, but many rivers are also swimmable and full of charm nearby.
In the village there are all shops and amenities, many designer and ceramic shops, the Provençal market is held every Friday morning all year round, a small food market on Tuesday mornings and a designer market on Sundays in summer.

Ideal base camp for visiting the villages of the Drôme Provençale, a list of the best restaurants in Dieulefit and the surrounding area is at your disposal, as well as wine estates and other local specialties (Picodon, Olives and Nyons oil, Ceramics and Creators...) to discover.

Parking for three cars and bicycles is provided around the house.
Montélimar train station is 30 minutes away, a regular bus line (35) makes the connection. The TGV station of Valence is 1h10 away.
Cleaning is included and all household linen can be provided (sheets, towels, dish towels) on request for a flat rate of 10€/bed (and not per person).
