About this house rental
With a home located on the edge of a preserve, it is not uncommon to see and hear desert critters. Rabbits, raccoons, coyotes, bobcats, hawks, owls, quail, songbirds, hummingbirds, lizards, mostly non-venomous snakes, spiders, scorpions (yes, I use pest control service regularly), and other animals and insects are normal parts of the Sonoran Desert.
The swimming pool is not heated. It's quite big: well over 30,000 gallons and at least 8 feet deep in the deep end. It's terrific for exercise, games, and just relaxing. However, please note: There is no lifeguard present at any time. There is no fence around the pool. There is a small doggy door in the home. The home is not suitable for children under the age of six, per Arizona laws. Please, no children under the age of six. All guests are responsible for supervising children in the home and in or near the pool.
At least two days before checking in, all adult guests must sign and return a Rental Agreement and a Swimming Pool Statement of Risk and Waiver, Release, and Indemnification Agreement and acknowledge they have received and reviewed a notice explaining the Arizona Department of Health Services' recommendations for residential pool safety. Please see Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-1681 and the Residential Pool Safety Notice located on the Arizona Department of Health Services' website. Safety is first priority! The agreements will be sent to guests via email or DocuSign.
