About this house rental
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1700 sq ft home in a small private community in the North Central Phoenix with beautiful community pool/BBQ, outdoor showers, bathrooms. Community is on a Greenbelt/park and has 2 golf courses within a couple miles. It has easy access to the entire valley with freeways within 5 minute in 3 directions. The home is well equipped and ready for you to call home. The floor plan is split with a large master bedroom and bath on one side and 2 additional bedrooms that share the 2nd bathroom. In the center on the home is the kitchen and living room with access to the private yard and BBQ patio. This home comfortably hold 4 to 6 guests with 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds. Each room has its own TV with smart TV's.
This is our 2nd VRBO/Homeaway rental. We also have a cabin Pinetop. Because this is a new listing, I encourage you to read our reviews for that home to get a feel for what to expect from us. We plan for you to feel like family. Enjoy!

We arrived on a Friday about mid-morning and reached out to see if we could get in early and she agreed. That was a great start to an enjoyable weekend. Our friends that got into town later were so happy we rented this house because it’s very nice and so comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the water was thankfully cool because it was well over a hundred degrees outside. We had a great weekend and it was so nice to be able to cook and hang out together. So much better than staying at a hotel. We would definitely rent this house again when we visit here again!

Nice neighborhood with good walking path & park area. House was spacious & comfortable. Appreciated having a garage to park our vehicle. Nice pool area, but there are no chairs provided to sit by the pool.
The major drawback to this location was that there were several spiders & insects inside the home, especially in the master bathroom. We contacted the host about the problem & an exterminator came a few days later. After a few more days, the insect issue had not cleared up, actually got worse. We contacted the host again & suggested that the exterminator needed to come back again. She did not address the issue any further & stopped responding to us. Very disappointed in the follow through of this major issue that never got resolved!
