Beautiful 3 bedrooms(1 king, 2 queen bed), 2 bathrooms newly remodeled. New stainless steel appliances, front load washer and dryer. This home is less than a mile away from the 101 freeway and has easy access to main streets. You can find many stores for shopping or eating nearby. This home is for sleeping arrangements only, (no loud parties) it is a very quiet neighborhood where you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Property was as advertised. Spacious and clean with a nice yard. Edith was awesome, arranged for a much earlier check-in and was quick to reply to all requests/messages. Everything you need for your stay in Phoenix. The house is nice & clean, the owners were communicative and responsive. Grocery stores are close which is very convenient. We were there for golf and the location made it easy to get where we wanted to go.
