PRIVATE OASIS with heated swimming pool! This updated home has the most surprising and extraordinary backyard. Nice appointed home with all the necessities included. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private desk/office space. well stocked kitchen, comfortable living & dining room, 2 car garage attached & the most amazing private backyard. The home includes a heated pool from November to April at no charge to guests. Wifi, smart TV's, outdoor grill. We support equality!

-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
Swimming pool is heated and set at 85 degrees from November to April at no additional charge to guests. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may be lower than 85 degrees.

I sent the host a message about some kind of rodent in the wall of the master bedroom. We went outside in the morning and under the eve the vent was off so somthing was able to get in there.It was chewing off and on all night evernight. He said he would get pest control out there never did.The flicker on the grill was broken was told they would get it fixed but nothing while we were there. If you wanted to have a fire it wasnt a propane firepit it was wood burning.Well i didnt see anything in the description about tjis so we didnt know we need to buy any wood.The outside was the best part of the house, but it definitely needs some TLC. Water pipe breaks behind the tile water running onto the concrete patio. Alot of the cushioned items were torn off some of the patio furniture. There are cats around there, so you can smell cat pee in the rock gardens around the pool. Also, tiles are falling off all around the pool area outside and the tiles are just laying all over in the rock areas.
