Whether you`re relaxing poolside or catching a desert sunset, our home is the perfect base for your Phoenix adventure!
The home features 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, offering plenty of space for the entire group while offering privacy when needed!
Kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials necessary to prepare a meal!
Washer & dyer on premises for any laundry needs during your stay.
You`ll have access to entire home & premises!
Paradise Plaza is a charming and well-established neighborhood in North Phoenix known for its quiet streets, friendly vibe, and convenient location. Nestled near the base of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, it offers easy access to beautiful hiking trails and outdoor adventures. Residents enjoy proximity to great local dining, golf courses, and top-rated schools, all while being just a short drive from downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. It’s a peaceful slice of desert living with all the city perks nearby.

**HEATED POOL is an OPTIONAL amenity. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated. To keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat the pool for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Also only available the consecutive nights of guests` entire stay; at $55 per night.
Please understand, a heated pool is NOT a hot tub. Pool heater is set to 85 degrees. Average water temperature can range +/- 3degrees; depending on weather.
Pool heating is confirmed and charged 2-3 days prior to check-in and paid through an additional money request.
While we’ve had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded). Please realize, even the desert can have inclement weather. When outside temperatures drop to the 60’s and below, fluctuations in water temps should be expected and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool is professionally maintained weekly.

It was home away from home with a splash of paradise. My family and I enjoyed everything this home provided it was beautiful and cozy. I am beyond happy with the choice I made. From booking to checking out the process was smooth and simple.

Everything was really nice. We were there to see family so we did not spend much time at the house. More detailed directions to use firepit and hot tub would be great. Not a lot of dishware or pots and pans if you need to be cooking.However, it was clean and the yard was pretty. Communication was great. I would stay there again!

We had a great stay at this house with family for a long weekend. The outdoor area is beautiful and the house was perfect for our infant as the owner had a pack and play and high chair available to use. Some of the house furnishings could use a refresh as the dining room chairs were very unsteady and the carpet in the bedrooms was very worn. Overall, we had a great stay and the house was a great value for a stay in Phoenix.
