The property is spacious and very well maintained . Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are modern and ver clean. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. I love the location; an easy walk to Lookout Mountain and quick drive to stores and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay. This location is convenient, close to family. Great instructions for arrival and use of equipment. House was clean and comfortable. We'll be back.

Brent was a great host. Each room had HD TV which is what everyone staying with us was looking forward to. The weather was awesome. We had an issue with the TV in the living room, Brent was gracious enough to stop by and fix it. If you have a large family or lots of guest, this is the place for you, the neighborhood is quiet. In less than a week we got our damage deposit refunded to us.
