Cute house in a really nice neighborhood. Super easy check in and check out, and excellent communication with the property owner. Truthfully, however, the house could benefit from a deep clean. The carpets showed stains and fabric furniture appeared a little dingy. The shower curtain in the hall bathroom was stained yellow, there were loose towel fixtures, and almost every wall hanging/picture was crooked when we arrived. Also, the garbage and recycling were completely full so by the time we had to leave they were already overflowing. All easy things to fix.

we had a pleasant stay the issues.1. doors in laundry room and one bedroom broken2. the linen seemed old especially bathroom rugs3. the bedroom 1st next to dining room the rug needs to be tacked down.4. the patio was especially dirty. we had to clean before we used.5. the "nest thermostat" needs written directions in manual.
