Casa Buena is a bright & spacious 3,750+ sq. ft. home nestled in a quiet neighborhood perched on Lookout Mountain near hiking trails. Centrally located in the N. Phoenix and Scottsdale area, you are minutes away from the NFL football stadium, MLB training fields, & abundant golfing options. Enjoy soaring ceilings, 4 large bedrooms (2 suites) & 3.5 baths. Casa Buena has an abundant list of five-star amenities for your enjoyment inside and out. The backyard is your private resort with a pebble tech pool & spa, waterfalls, six-hole multi-level putting green, artificial turf lounge area, built-in BBQ, oversized passthrough window from the kitchen to the patio bar, gas fire-pit, and corn hole. The automated pool allows you to easily control the pool features. The large inground spa can be heated but the pool can not.
Inside the airy & spacious upscale home enjoy amenities such as high-end foosball and shuffleboard games, large flat-screen TVs with YouTube TV access, comfortable beds, and linens.
This modern home provides two spacious master suites. Each master suite has an ensuite bathroom and independent pool access. The lower master has a kitchenette with a sink, wine fridge, and coffee bar. The upstairs master has a connected exercise room with a spin bike, full-length mirrors, and gear for yoga. The exercise room has windows with views over North Phoenix so you can enjoy the views as you work out. Just outside the exercise room is a view deck which is also accessible by a circular staircase from the pool area. It is a wonderful spot to watch the tops of palm trees sway or the city lights twinkle at night.
The fully equipped kitchen has a spacious granite island and a Sub-zero refrigerator, perfect for cooking and entertaining. The iconic navy dining room is a show-stopper. It has 15 ft. ceilings with full-length windows, succulent plant trays, dimmable pendant globes, and a curved glass block wall. Its round solid wood dining table and comfortable upholstered chairs will invite dinner conversations to linger and add a touch of class to any mid-day meeting.
The owners regularly reserve the house for personal use and their attentive care for the property is apparent in every room. With its central location, privacy, and amenities, this home is the ultimate retreat for families, friends, or couples!

Each guest receives a guest code for the digital front door lock. Other doors may be locked and unlocked once inside.
There is a three-car garage, three driveway parking spaces, and ample street parking.

There is a maximum of 8 adult guests allowed at the property and a total of 11 guests allowed including children. No unregistered guests are allowed at the home without the host's approval.
This home is NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! No loud parties or unruly behavior will be tolerated at all. We welcome all guests to come and have fun and enjoy the home but we do expect you to be respectful of the home and neighbors.

Hot tub (spa) heating is available at a cost of $30 per day to cover gas usage.

Quick two night trip but the home was everything we hoped for and more. Great setup for visiting with family and I would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family. My husband and I stayed there with 4 adult children. The house has plenty of room to spread out and has every amenity you could want. We liked the indoor "shuffleboard" game and the couch was large enough for all of us. The pool was amazing and it got a lot of use. Due to the heat, we didn't use the fire pit, putting green, or outdoor seating but it was all very nice. The location of the house was convenient to plenty of stores and restaurants and had easy access to the highways. The next time we visit our son who lives in Phoenix, we will more than likely book this house again as it was great!!

We had a great week at Casa Buena. Everything we were looking for was there. Great space, indoors and out.
Inside was very comfortable and accommodated us for both play and work.
Outdoors was great for relaxing, cooking, and had hiking in close proximity which we took advatage of every day.
Probably will stay again in the future

We had a great time staying at Casa Buena, and the home is gorgeous. Spacious, beautiful kitchen, plenty of space for our extended family of 7. Beds were super comfy, backyard putting green was awesome to have. Only negative about the stay was a few things that could have been easily managed by property managers that weren't. None of the outlets in the bathrooms worked, a few broken blinds that didn't allow for street facing rooms to have privacy, and a few other minor things that could have been sorted in a short visit by a handyman went unaddressed over the course of our stay. Texted managers about it on the first day, and several times over the course of our 5 days, and nothing ever happened. We were in town during Final Four, which I'm sure was busier than normal, but even clear communication about how they would be unable to get to it in time would have been preferable to an assurance that it would be handled, and then no follow through. All that being said, we would stay here again, as the location is a great jumping off point for many things around the Phoenix area, you're at the base of a beautiful mountain hike, and the price was reasonable. With a small amount of attention this would be a 5+ star place!
