• 30 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall
• 20 minutes to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter
• 20 minutes to TPC Stadium Golf Course and Phoenix Open Golf Tournament
• 30 minutes to Talking Stick Casino, Topgolf, and OdySea Aquarium

House Rules & Important Information:
• Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
• Pool is not heated.
• Must be 25+ in order to book.
• NO PARTIES – all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.
• Quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
• Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance. (Duplicate kept as requested; let me know if you want it removed.)
• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. These times are set to ensure our team has enough time to properly clean, inspect, and prepare the home for each guest.
If you need earlier access or a later departure, the best way to guarantee additional time is to book an extra night before arrival or after departure, subject to availability.

Parking & Vehicles
- Follow the parking instructions provided for the property.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles without approval.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or restricted areas.
- Parking-related complaints, citations, tows, or service calls may result in trip fees.
Pool & Spa (If Applicable)
- Do not touch, adjust, or modify pool or spa equipment.
- If a pool vacuum is present, do not remove, unplug, or turn it off.
- Service calls or damage caused by misuse will result in fees.

Smoking

- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.

Nice location, big space for 4 couples. Host was responsive before arrival. Contacted host upon arrival after finding issues (pool not working, hot tub filthy, TV broken) Unable to reach host until night before checkout. Host said they would contact owner to request refund. Have not heard back after multiple inquiries. It's been 2 weeks since checkout
