About this house rental

We are offering our 85m² house located between Aix-en-Provence and Aubagne, in the heart of Provence and near the hills so dear to Marcel Pagnol.

THE HOUSE
Pleasant and functional, it was recently renovated while retaining the charm of the 1960s, its simplicity, and details reminiscent of childhood holidays at our grandparents' home. We regularly come here for short stays.

The house is well equipped and has been classified as a “Furnished Tourist Accommodation.” Even though it does not have a swimming pool, you’ll enjoy a pleasant and relaxing holiday with friends or family. After a day at the beach or exploring the region, you can play pétanque in the shade of tall blue cypresses, enjoy an apéritif to the sound of cicadas in one of the garden lounges, use the plancha, or play board games in the shade of the wisteria on the terrace or behind the thuja hedge.

Bright, cheerful, and naturally cool in summer, the house is easily accessible, features a parking area for up to 4 cars, and is surrounded by a 1,200m² enclosed garden planted with hedges and fruit trees.

There are 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a different atmosphere:

* One bedroom with a 160 cm bed
* Two bedrooms with 140 cm beds
* One bedroom with two 80 cm beds that can be combined into a 160 cm bed: please let us know your preferred configuration when booking.

Close to the bedrooms are 2 shower rooms with toilets. One of them is smaller and equipped with a half-size bathtub.

The dining room table extends and can seat up to 8 people.

Ideally situated with two motorway access points less than 10 minutes away, the house gives you access to many tourist destinations in the region:
