My family and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. The location is simply beautiful – a peaceful environment surrounded by nature that offers complete relaxation. Additionally, the property is an excellent starting point for excursions, as everything is so close. This allowed us to explore many attractions and places in the area without long drives.The property was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We would especially like to commend the host for his exceptional kindness and responsiveness. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, he was always available and ready to help. This truly contributed to our pleasant stay.We will definitely return and recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay in a beautiful setting and an excellent base for excursions.

Fantastic experience. Again the host was very good. The property lived upto and exceeded our expectations. Very clean very well appointed and beautiful countryside not to mention the beautiful pool. It was very hot I think I would go in the autumn or spring next time but a lovely property.

Lovely house, lovely location.

Lovely, spacious property with excellent views. Kitchen and bathrooms a little tired perhaps but everything works, plenty of pots and pans etc. It's situated on the edge of a housing estate in a town so easy access to shops and road networks. All photos of the property are accurate. The pool is a proper swimming pool, quite beautiful, completely enclosed and private. The owner is charming, helpful and checks the pool is functioning/clean every few days. Possible negatives: The garden is not enclosed so if your dog tends to wander it will have plenty of scope! The house is in an elevated position. The drive is very steep and then there's a full flight of stairs. I'd stay there again and fully recommend it to others.

Un très bon rapport qualité prix, avec une maison offrant, à partir de la terrasse, une superbe vue dégagée sur les collines avoisinantes. De nombreux commerces sont disponibles à 5 minutes à peine en voiture (boulangerie, supermarché, primeur, boucherie…). La piscine est tres grande, ensoleillée quasiment toute la journée, avec des espaces d’ombre disponibles pour s’abriter. La maison est spacieuse, avec une grande pièce de vie permettant de se mettre au frais si la chaleur extérieure devient trop pénible. La cuisine est très bien équipée, même s’il conviendrait soit de remplacer, soit de nettoyer à fond, le four dont l’intérieur est dans un état dissuasif, même pour les appétits les plus robustes… Notre hôte a été disponible et très réactif lorsque nous avons été amenés à le contacter pour de petits soucis mineurs (parasol à remplacer, petite fuite dans la salle de bains). Point négatif : le seul point négatif, et qui ne dépend malheureusement pas de notre hôte, est la présence de chiens de chasse laissés en liberté dans le jardin de la maison faisant face, qui aboient toutes les nuits (et la journée) à intervalles réguliers… Compte tenu de la chaleur, nous sommes amenés à laisser les fenêtres ouvertes pendant la nuit… ce qui nous a valu d’être réveillés en sursaut environ toutes les 30 minutes par des aboiements qui en déclenchent d’autres dans tout le voisinage. Au final, nous sommes partis plus fatigués que lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Nous sommes conscients que cette nuisance est indépendante de la volonté de notre hôte, mais ce sont les locataires qui en font les frais. Il conviendrait de prendre les mesures les plus vigoureuses pour que ces nuisances de voisinage cessent. Cela a été malheureusement très préjudiciable à la qualité globale du séjour.

Maison spacieuse, cadre agréable, piscine sans vis à vis et clôturé pour les enfants. quelques point négatif comme le grand espace vert sur les photos qui n’est pas tout à fait accessible à cause des hautes herbes et qui n’appartient pas au propriétaire. Propriétaire très gentil mais j’aurai aimé avoir plus d’intimité et qu’il averti avant d’arrivé sur les lieux comme le jour du départ présent sur les lieux de la location des 8h pour commencer le rangement hors que le départ n’était qu’à 10h nous n’avons pas pu profité des derniers moments en terasse ou dans la piscine je trouve ça dommage.

Das Ferienhaus ist herrlich gelegen, man hat einen schönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine große unverbaute Wiese, wunderbar für Hundebesitzer wie uns. Der Pool war groß und ideal zum Schwimmen. Er wird zur einen Seite hin etwas tiefer. Wir hätten uns lediglich eine stabile Liege mehr gewünscht. Außerdem ist es im Süden immer angenehm, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern zu haben, was leider in diesem Haus nicht der Fall war. Alles in allem aber ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem wir uns wohl gefühlt haben und dass von seiner Lage her sehr gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bietet.

Prima vakantiewoning in een rustige omgeving. Het is een huis met dikke muren en houten raam shutters. Zo kom je na een warme dag in een heerlijk koel huis terecht. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en na een dagje uit plons je zo in het heerlijke zwembad. Kortom, een prima locatie en dito vakantiewoning!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, pratique et ouverte sur la nature. Alain Brissac est un hôte très aimable qui nous a réservé un excellent accueil et prodigué de précieux conseils. Nous avons ainsi pu nous émerveiller en découvrant la Côte Bleue. Nous recommandons son logement pour des vacances en famille.

Wir hatten einen wunderbar angenehmen Empfang durch Alain dem Vermieter. Gerne hätten wir mit ihm einen Abend verbracht. Leider hat sich in der Woche keine Gelegenheit ergeben. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder wählen, wenn wir in der Umgebung Urlaub planen. Der Poolbereich ist sehr angenehm und auch bei Wind gut zu nutzen. Die Küche ist klein aber praktisch und gut ausgestattet für ein Ferienhaus. Nur eine Espressomaschine sollte mann mitnehmen falls Bedarf ist. Wir fanden die Bäder ausreichend und wir haben in den Betten gut geschlafen. Alles in allem für die Provence und die Größe des Hauses ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Der Ort Saint-Savournin liegt in den Bergen. Von dort kann man einige sehr schöne Wanderungen starten. Eine sehr lohnenswerte ist z.B. der Aufstieg zum Feuerturm des Ortes, von dort hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht über die Provence, Marseille und das Mittelmeer. Im Ort befinden sich einige gute Restaurants , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar einen Biomarkt. Mit dem Auto ist man in 30 Minuten in Aix en Provence , in Cassis (vorsicht oft sehr sehr voll mit Tagestouristen) besser nach la Ciutat, (sehr lohnenswert der Besuch. es gibt dort einen alten Hafen,mit vielen Restaurants, eine Werft für Jachten, und immer noch Fischerboote von denen man direkt Fisch kaufen kann) Von dort kann man auch eine eindrucksvolle Wanderung in die Calanque starten. Marseille ist in 40 Minuten zu erreichen und der Flughafen und TGV Bahnhof Aix in 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben dort zu 5 übernachtet. Drei Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Beschreibung der Anzeige stimmt. Das Original ist besser als die Bilder der Anzeige.

La piscine est géniale, la maison est superbe, et très bien équipée (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle hyper silencieux). Tous nos amis qui y sont passés successivement, regrettaient de devoir en partir. Le propriétaire nous a dit à l'arrivée "vous êtes chez vous", et c'est bien la sensation qu'on a eu pendant le séjour. Très discret, il passait 2 matins par semaine pour entretenir la piscine. Merci pour sa gentillesse ! Location au top !

Wir waren zum zweiten mal nach 2016 mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und einem Hund) für drei Wochen in diesem Haus und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das weitläufige Gelände mit dem tollen Ausblick, der schöne Pool und die Gegend haben alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Strände in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer (35 min. Fahrzeit) und Bandol (40 min. Fahrzeit) waren leicht zu erreichen. Besonderen Spaß hatten unsere Kinder im Rutschen- und Hängebrückenpark Le Bois des Lutins (8 min. Fahrzeit) Im Haus selbst hat nichts gefehlt. Geschirr und Gläser sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Unser Vermieter Alain war sehr freundlich und hat gut für uns gesorgt, was kaum notwendig war. Spricht neben französisch auch sehr gut Englisch. Wir können das Haus für alle empfehlen, die schon immer mal in einem typischen, im provenzialischen Stil gebauten Haus Urlaub machen möchten und die ländliche Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe lieben. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und warden sicher nochmal dort Urlaub machen Merci beaucoup Michael

Das haus liegt in einer traumhaften Umgebung . Es war sehr charmant eingerichtet und man fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Das Einchecken war sehr problemlos. unsere Kinder konnten sich prima beschäftigen; der Pool ist natürlich ein Highlight. herr Bressac ist sehr sympathisch und offen und hilfsbereit. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Das Haus und das Grundstück (die Aussicht ist toll) inklusive Pool bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es ist viel Platz vorhanden. Die Kinder hatten einen riesen Spaß. Die Austattung ist sehr gut und auch zeitgemäß. Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Bank und Obsthändler sind allesamt im Ort und auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus!

Nous avons passé quinze jours vraiment agréables dans une jolie région à découvrir. Nous remercions Monsieur Bressac pour l'accueil qu'il nous a réservé et pour sa discrétion lors de l'entretien de la piscine fort agréable par le temps (trop ?) chaud que nous avons connu. La villa ,très confortable, bâtie au sommet d'une colline offre un paysage magnifique sur une région fort calme. Merci encore !

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub in sehr guter Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge

Das Haus mit großem Wohnraum nebst kleiner offener und gut ausgestatteter kleiner Küche und vier Schlafzimmer liegt oberhalb eines Olivenhaines mit tollem Blick ins Grüne und auf die Berge. Das Grundstück und der sehr gute Pool sind von Nachbarn nicht einsehbar. Sehr gute Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Wandern, Mountainbike-Trails, Weingüter, Aix und Marseille in der Nähe, Meer gut erreichbar). Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt und weitere Läden sind ca. 1 km entfernt. Die beiden Badezimmer sind einfach und nicht gerade auf dem neusten Stand der Technik, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Es gibt am Pool außerdem eine überdachte Außendusche. Aufgrund der Lage hat man hat hier viele Möglichkeiten einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub zu gestalten und sich trotzdem in ländlicher Ruhe zu erholen. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub verbringen.
