A spacious 160-square-meter home with numerous rooms and a pleasant, southwestern-facing terrace in a quiet setting.
This house is very comfortable to live in thanks to its amenities, spaciousness, natural light, and peaceful setting.
It is located on the hillside above the village, a 5-minute walk from all the shops, restaurants, and the market square, as well as country trails perfect for lovely walks or bike rides!
With its 8 rooms, there’s definitely room for everyone!
On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, Nespresso machine, toaster) and a dining room.
A few steps up is a living room with a TV (Netflix/Prime Video).
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a closet, a bathroom with a toilet, and a game room.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet.
On the top floor, there is a large bedroom with two beds.
