It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room (with shower) and a 900 m² garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs, dining area and study area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x180)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Each room on the ground floor has direct access to the garden.
First floor:
- Two bedrooms with double beds (140x190), separated by a sliding door, one of which has access to the "tropézienne" terrace overlooking the estate
- A bathroom with bath
- Separate WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: storage space in each bedroom, electric barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 900 m² garden, enclosed and planted with trees, facing south and west
- A 50 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days and a pergola to protect from the sun.
The swimming pool, covered by a tarpaulin, is not functional.
The villa is ideally located in Plan-d'Aups-Sainte-Baume, in very pleasant surroundings, opposite the Sainte-Baume estate. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Aubagne, 35 minutes away
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence, 1 hour away
- Bus service to l'Hostellerie, Auriol, Nans and Saint-Maximin
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

- Bed linen and towels included
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- The cameras in the accommodation are hidden and inoperative; only those located in the garden and at the front door are installed but deactivated during travellers' stays.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Swimming is strictly prohibited
- Access to the accommodation for the last 800m is via an unsurfaced track.
