About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 210 m² villa in Plan-d'Aups-Sainte-Baume to rent for up to 8 people.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room (with shower) and a 900 m² garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs, dining area and study area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x180)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Each room on the ground floor has direct access to the garden.
First floor:
- Two bedrooms with double beds (140x190), separated by a sliding door, one of which has access to the "tropézienne" terrace overlooking the estate
- A bathroom with bath
- Separate WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: storage space in each bedroom, electric barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 900 m² garden, enclosed and planted with trees, facing south and west
- A 50 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days and a pergola to protect from the sun.
The swimming pool, covered by a tarpaulin, is not functional.
The villa is ideally situated in Plan-d'Aups-Sainte-Baume, in a very pleasant setting, overlooking the Sainte-Baume estate. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Bus service to l'Hostellerie, Auriol, Nans and Saint-Maximin

- The cameras in the property are covered and not in working order; only those located in the garden and at the front door are installed, but these are deactivated during guests’ stays.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply

- Access to the property, for the final 800 metres, is via an unpaved track
- A car is essential to make the most of your stay
- In winter, the Sainte-Baume area can be covered in snow and black ice: access requires snow chains or suitable tyres.
