About this villa rental
Villa Ivana is an old stone farmhouse of the 17th century surrounded by greenery, with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a double living room, kitchen, fireplace, porch, and a large outdoor courtyard.
It also has a flat that will be opened by the thirteenth person, with a living room and bed, 1 bathroom, kitchen, fireplace and direct access to the wellness centre with jacuzzi and private pool.
Here you can enjoy the sounds of nature and the green hills in a unique setting.
It is ideal for groups of friends or large families as it can accommodate up to 16 people, with six rooms and nine beds in total.
The sea is only 70 km away and it is located at a strategic point in the Marche countryside, very close to the villages of San Severino Marche and Torre del Parco.
Nb: up to the twelfth person the first floor will be opened, from the thirteenth the whole building will be opened
Final cleaning and consumption: 50€ per day
Security Deposit : credit card as guarantee

Hydromassage: 350€ per stay
The pool is not guaranteed to be open during the months of October to May.
