About this house rental
(olive, maple, mulberry, cherry, etc.)
Quiet setting (bird song guaranteed), located a 10-minute walk from downtown, where you’ll find all the amenities you need (small supermarket, butcher shop, bakery, pharmacy, etc.)
You’ll occupy the first floor of this building—a total of 110 m² at your disposal—comprising 3 bedrooms with built-in storage (approximately 12 m² each), a bathroom with a bathtub, a 40 m² living room, and a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) with a view of Mont Ventoux and direct access to the terrace.
The terrace is furnished with a table, 6 chairs, an awning, and an electric canopy, so you can choose to enjoy the sun or seek shelter from the heat.
A barbecue is available in the garden.
My parents live on the first floor; you’ll only see them when they hand over the keys or if you happen to run into them in the house’s parking lot. Access to the parking lot is via an automatic gate.
There’s no direct line of sight between the two homes. The garden is accessible but guarded by a playful little Yorkshire terrier who might come over to say hello!
Located in the village of Laudun, this is the ideal spot to enjoy a peaceful stay while having a region full of things to discover just a few kilometers away. Notably, the city of Avignon, the Pont du Gard, and the Abbey of Saint-Gilles—all three designated as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
You can also cool off at the Sautadet waterfalls, located a 30-minute drive away. These rugged, beautiful waterfalls offer a spectacular natural setting, and the medieval village of La Roque-sur-Sèze is perfect for a lovely stroll.
