Just a stone's throw from the ocean, this modern house is the perfect address to fully enjoy your Breton holidays between surfing sessions and moments of relaxation in the sun. Just 300 m from Pors Carn beach, you can walk to the waves, strolls on the sand or iodine-scented sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, food processors…) will allow you to prepare your meals as at home, to be enjoyed around the table.
The cosy lounge, bathed in light, will be your hideaway after the beach for a film evening or a quiet reading moment.
On the night side, 4 comfortable bedrooms await you:
Bedroom 1 - on the ground floor: master suite with king size bed (180x200cm) and private bathroom with a view of the garden,
Bedroom 2 - upstairs: with a surf theme, features a modular King Size bed (two single beds 90x190cm joined together) and a desk ideal for remote working facing the horizon.
Bedroom 3 - upstairs: also in the surf spirit, welcomes children with two single beds (90x190cm), books and games to have fun after the beach.
Bedroom 4 - upstairs: inspired by the savanna, exudes a soft and exotic atmosphere with its double bed (140x190cm), its desk area and a few decorative touches that evoke adventure.
For your comfort: an additional bathroom on the upper floor, two toilets, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, barbecue, television, wifi and garage.
