Need a holiday in the great outdoors? This large modern house located in Penmarc'h is the address to remember for your holidays in Brittany. Its main asset is undoubtedly its large enclosed garden and its heated swimming pool in the summer (from 20/06 to 30/09), where children will love to run around, swim and have fun, for guaranteed moments of relaxation. Able to accommodate up to 8 people, it is the ideal place for family reunions.
Inside, everything is there: a large living space tastefully decorated, where you can lounge on the sofa playing board games or sharing a friendly aperitif. On the other side, a large dining table invites you to gather around a good family meal, while the kitchen will delight chefs with its quality equipment: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and all the utensils you might need.
Once night falls, 4 bedrooms await you: on the ground floor, a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190) as well as a shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, you will find two other bedrooms with Queen Size beds (160x200) and a last one with 2 single beds (80x180), ideal for 2 young children. A bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, as well as a lounge area in the mezzanine, complete this floor.
The garden with its large swimming pool will welcome you throughout the day to help you relax or do laps under the summer heat. Everything is arranged to help you unwind and make the most of your holiday!
For even more comfort, you will also find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and 3 private parking spaces in front of the house.
