About this house rental

Welcome to Penmarch in Southern Finistère, located by the sea, this superb holiday home offers a lovely view of the ocean from the upstairs windows. Ideally situated just 500 m from the port of Saint-Guénolé and shops, it allows you to do everything on foot while staying close to the most beautiful sites in the area. The Pors Carn beach is 1 km away and the famous surf spot of La Torche is just 4 km away. Fully equipped, the house comfortably accommodates up to 8 travellers. You will also enjoy a large outdoor space with a garden, a 40 m² terrace and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the mild summer evenings.



Enter through the entrance door and discover a large living space with access to the garden and terrace. The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, induction hobs, oven, dishwasher), will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the indoor table or prefer the outdoor one on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, near the decorative fireplace, comfortably seated on the sofas facing the television.



The accommodation has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – on the ground floor: a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with direct access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 – upstairs: a double bed (140 x 190 cm).

Bedroom 3 – upstairs: two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed.

The accommodation has 2 bathrooms: the upstairs one is equipped with a bathtub, the ground floor one with a shower. Two toilets are also available, one of which is independent.
