About this house rental
Villa from the 50s of 65m2 on 3 sides completely renovated, surrounded by a garden of 170m2. Although located in the heart of this family resort (completely rehabilitated for June 2024) and a stone's throw from the shops and the beach, you will appreciate the calm of the residential area and the absence of opposite. A large shaded wooden terrace hosts a relaxation and dining area in the middle of southern vegetation. A plancha is available as well as a garden shed. Two parking spaces are available in front of the two gates of the residence.
Inside, a large room opening directly onto the two terraces houses the living room, the kitchen and the dining area.
Two bedrooms with a 140 bed and one with a 140 bed + 2 bunk beds in 90 can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children.
Apart from the many activities and entertainment offered in the resort, 13 kms of cycle paths by the sea are passable. Also nearby, the salt marshes and the balneoludic area of Gruissan (7kms), the surrounding massif of the clape, the city of Carcassonne (70kms), the African reserve of Sigean (30kms), the Spanish border (110kms)..

We have been traveling with a group of 3. The house is newly renovated on the inside and outside and I think the owners have done a great job by also providing everything you might need (cooking- / barbecue- / laundry-equipment. Also you have plenty of opportunities to sit / relax on the two terraces.
The real big deal about the house is the superb proximity to the beach / promenade / bakeries / shops / bars in Narbonne place. “Walk” is 1-2 minutes only. When arriving the owner welcomed us in person and provided explanation and information in the area. We can 100% recommend this place.
