The facilities good

I would prefer more clean especially toilet.

We had a wonderful stay at Arcadia. The whole house is spacious and incredibly comfortable. Rooms are super huge and all rooms have an ensuite toilet. Amenities (towel, shower cream) is provided. All aircon and fan in every room is workable. The hosts, Mr Tay, were so friendly and helpful, always willing to answer our questions. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you Mr Tay.! for hosting us.

Only one thing good for this property is near the eatery places. Finding good restaurant is easy. 9km from the desaru beach, a bit distance but manageable if to just take a walk/visit to the beach. Villa is relative spacious for big family gathering. Relative quiet and peacefull environment.

First enter to the house with smell of mold environment. Needed to open up all the window to clear the odor. Bad thing, found mold inside fridge (top of the freezer tray). Photo taken shared to property owner. Owner said cleaner on-the-way but after 1+hrs no one shown up or called. I have to call the cleaner not to come as my family needed to go out for dinner. One of the bedsheet on top floor found loose debris under the pillow. Actually, I already alerted owner to proper clean prior we came. It is recorded in the chat box with owner. Another thing, the master bedroom light ON-off switch cover missing which may endanger the user safety.
