BLOOM apart-hotel

The rooms are so clean and the bed is super cozy! Well looked after. Easy check in and out. Staff is absolutely amazing and helpful! We had to check out and check in into another room (we had two different bookings) and they were so helpful with it. We were allowed to stay in the first room until the next room was done for check in so we don’t have to wait. This was absolutely amazing and we appreciate this a lot. Always fast responses from the Hotel Staff and just a great experience and stay we had. Definitely better than any "normal" Hotel room as you have your own little apartment. So easy to get around too as the bus station is right in front of it. 10/10 and highly recommend. We will definitely come back in the future.

We loved everything.

Convenient, clean, well priced with two air conditioning systems (one for each bedroom) which is a must for SG! Cold water in the fridge for our arrival!

Good location and convenient for us

Need to climb up and down to bus stop opposite for our elderly No much makan choice

The location near the MRT NE line suited our needs for this trip. There were plenty of cafes/restaurants nearby and the massive NEX shopping centre is a few minutes walk away.

Lots not to like: 1. The room with 2 beds is basically unusable. A second bed has been jammed into a single bed room. This means the cupboards are nearly impossible to use, especially combined with the door closer that prevents the full opening of the only accessible cupboard door. You cannot fully open the bedroom door either. It hits the bed. 2. There are only 2 chairs in a three person apartment! 3. There is a TV, but no lounge chair to sit in to watch. 4. Check in. Received approval for early (1hr) check in, but we're unable to get in until normal time. Sent a message asking to be let in - no reply for 2 days! 5. Check out. We went out for breakfast and got locked out of the room 3 hours before check out time.
