Location, amenities, household items, thanks for the eggs and bacon!
I haven’t scored a 10 as I think if it’s a holiday let you should replace with new all old bedding and towels, and declutter the cupboards so that it doesn’t feel like you’re staying in someone else’s house.
Also with small children we were worried about the glass doors in the kitchen as they’re not safety glass. Apart from that it was great.

This property is an impeccably clean and equipped private home in a perfect location for Newcastle and Slieve Donnard. I ‘moved in’ immediately, cooked meals, enjoyed a peaceful lounge in the evenings, and slept well on ample beds.

Location was ideal, the property was really cosy and clean.
Unfortunately the fireplace was not operational, would have been great after an evening walk on the promenade!
