Very pretty but cold in the winter.

The hotel has very pretty and artistic decorations, we stayed in a room called Vincent van Gogh. It was very large and it had good wifi and hot water. We could see the Peña from our room. There was a big bubble bath

We traveled mid November, and the room was very cold at night and in the morning. No heating provided. I took a hot bath in the morning and that helped. The pretty ceiling is made of clay bricks, with white stains on them. White powder continuously falls off, and this was the case right above the bed. It was visible on the head board and our pillows. Cleaning didn't help much, 2 hours later the dust was there again. The problem is caused by humidity and a lack of ventilation. I think they could solve it by cleaning the bricks themselves, aeration and some heating. The bulky ventilator makes plenty of noise.

We were the only guests but the young lady was there for all our needs and beyond. She really went out of her way to provide us with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place. Location was superb as were the lovely purple and lavender colors and decor. Great little shop in the place itself selling home made food products.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous staff in the best location, best in Bernal

Casa Morada is a gem of a hotel. Everything was more than perfect. Fer was ourstanding and very helpful. There is a shop with home made marmalades, chocolates and spices and you can taste them before you buy. The room was beautiful and the view fantastic, towards the monolith. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Everything was near, restaurants, plaza, church. This is an amazing place and we cannot wait to come back next time.

Como detalle a mejorar, las cortinas no son blackout, y entre la iluminación pública y la del propio hotel entra mucha luz, lo que puede dificultar el descanso si eres sensible a eso. Nada grave, pero sí notable. Otro punto curioso: había cafetera y café, pero no había tazas (detalle pequeño, pero gracioso).

La atención del personal, la ubicación y la limpieza fueron excelentes, así como el clima del lugar es agradable, además de la vista a la Peña.

No me agradaron los colchones y las almohadas de la habitación que me toco, ojalá puedan mejorar este aspecto para un mayor descanso de los huéspedes.

Es un hotel boutique súper lindo, con una vista hermosa, muy bien ubicado. Estuvieron muy atentos de nuestra dudas y solicitudes. Fuimos a celebrar nuestro aniversario y decoraron la habitación muy lindo, fue un gran detalle! Adicional abajo hay una tienda de mermeladas, mantequillas y salsas deliciosas!! ❤️

La ubicación es excepcional, justo en el centro pero si buscan ir a la peña, está aprox a 10 min El personal muy amable, pedí factura y fue muy rápida la respuesta Tienen un área de jaleas y productos muy ricos, la decoración es linda

La pantalla es muy pequeña, el lugar muy frío, hay cobijas que de verdad ayudan y eso se agradece, el estacionamiento es pequeño pero no tuvimos problema para sacar el coche, mucho después vi que mandaron un mensaje que si llegan muy tarde cobran un cargo pero eso no se menciona cuando reservas, tómenlo en cuenta La habitación fue muy pequeña,

Me gustó que estuviera el centro de Peña, cerca de los comercios y con una vista muy agradable, el lugar muy típico y con antigüedades lindas. El dueño altamente amable y cordial, muy dispuesto a apoyan en todo momento

El colchón viejo e incómodo, el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir y hay muchísimo desperdicio de agua. Se tiene que entrar por un callejón muy estrecho y NO ESTÁ SEÑALIZADO, dimos algunas vueltas para poder llegar, creo que sería conveniente que en la entrada del callejón colocaran un señalamiento con flecha con el nombre del hotel y no aceptan mascotas por eso si pensaría en hospedarme ahí.

Se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, el hotel tiene una ambientación hermosa con nombres en las habitaciones, el personal es muy atento y la comunicación facilito mucho el registro y salida, tenían todo preparado, la habitación olía hermoso y todo estaba muy limpio. Tuvimos una experiencia fantástica en nuestra visita!!!

Lugar Disney en la peña

Un lugar muy bonito. Decorado con buen gusto. El dueño es siempre amable y atento. Bien ubicado en el pueblo y con aparcamiento. Tiene bonitas vistas a la peña. Recomiendo hablar con el dueño para recomendaciones sobre el lugar. Fue una estancia muy bonita, repetiría.

Las habitaciones muy bonitas, el lugar en general muy bien. El staff muy amable, lo mejor es que tienen ahi mismo mezcal, ajonjoli, mermeladas que puedes comprar y saben muy rico.

El Wifi, el día sabado tuve que conectarme a checar unos pendientes del trabajo pero me tuve que ir lit a un cafe o algo por que el wifi en el lugar era de muy poca velocidad.

Maravilloza experiencia en bernal, los productos que venden en el hotel son imperdibles

El hotel es muy agradable, pero la atencion que recibimos por parte de fernando y de su familia quienes son los dueños no tiene comparacion, nos hicieron sentir como en casa y nos dieron a probar toda la exquisita gama de dulces, salsas mermeladas, mezcal artezanal de una calidad expectacular y delicioso, salimos de ay cargados de cosas, y sobre todo muy contentos por la excelente persona que es fernando. Sin duda siempre que vuelva a bernal regresare ay sin dudarlo.

El unico pero esque no pude encender la televicion, pero creo que eso fue mas por torpeza mia que por aguna haberia, detodos modos como solo llegamos a dormir ya en la noche no hizo falta.

La ubicación esta increíble, esta justo en el centro y puedes ir caminando a conocer, comer y visitar y regresar rápido y sin problema a tu cuarto.
