Great location. Only the road separates the place from Kawagichi Lake. However, we can't see the beautiful lake view from our room. The room is large with the bedroom on the upper floor..
The room is quite dated. The bathroom is a bit small. No wardrobe, so it is very difficult to handle our clothes.

Location just couldn’t be better. Situated at the lake side with a small tunnel leading to a clearing which could see Mount Fuji as clear as any other top spots in the Kawaguchigo town. The cottage has 2 floors with the large window panes facing the Fuji on both floors. If you look for a place to stay that resembles a Japanese house, we totally recommend. It has everything in there including kitchenware, cutlery, and the dishes - all you need to have for a town that turns quiet after 5 pm.
Not enough heaters during the mid of December when temperature turned a bit cold at night. No heating unit in the bathroom downstair.
