Location was an easy walk to the main train and bus station, and the area was very walkable. The stay was equipped with everything you'd need, and built to accommodate large groups. The viewing deck was really cool, and we were fortunate to observe fuji for a couple of days.
Host communications were automated via Bookings.com, and difficult to follow because of the format. The communications were also very frequent, which was a bit much. The stay itself was quiet for us, but somone not accustomed to road noise might be put off by the street traffic during the day.

Great location just a short walk from the station. It had very comfy beds and everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here.
It wasn’t clear which cabin was ours when we arrived.

Easy to find, well located.
There was a miscommunication about which house it was, but the host was easy to contact and it was quickly corrected. The lockbox is damaged and not easy to use. You might get a replacement. We were confused by the two locks, though it was fine once we figured it out.
