住宿位置超級近火車站，設備齊全，住宿環境舒適，附近環境清幽，空間很大，大門門鎖很有安全感，花灑的水壓充足，晚上用風筒吹頭髮的聲音也很少，不怕吵到附近的居民。整體而言，住得很舒適！！！
火車班次一小時一班，要預留時間乘車，特別是前往富士急樂園的遊客。樓上腳步聲都明顯

隅々まで心が行き届いていた感覚がしました。 子供が住みたいと言うくらい、雰囲気も居心地も良かったです。あっ！これがあったらなぁと言うものが用意されていて本当に管理されている方の心遣いがすばらしいなぁと思いました。
駐車場が指定された所に狭くて停めれなかったです。
