The Japanese traditional essence, the view from inside the room and the balcony, and the staff were impeccable. The room felt really comfortable. Breakfast was incredible! We also got a ride from the Ryokan to Kawaguchiko station when leaving, which was great.
Having some shared facilities can be bothersome for some people, but we found it okay.

Incredible views on Mount Fuji from the room. The breakfast was simply out of this world, never had such a nice breakfast on any hotels in my life.
Comfortable but dated, no private onset option.

Las habitaciones son muy grandes, amplias y comodisimas y la experiencia de dormir en un futón fue de lo más agradable. El onsen era una maravilla, también nos encantó poder disfrutar de esa experiencia por primera vez. Se puede reservar en pareja durante 40 min y usarlo de forma privada.
A destacar además lo agradable, simpático y resolutivo que es el propietario. Nos ayudó con todas nuestras dudas y se mostraba atento y disponible con todos los huéspedes.
Además, ofrece también un shuttle gratuitamente desde el ryokan hasta la estación de Kawaguchiko a las 08:45 y 09:45.
100% recomendable. Si volvemos a Japón nos encantaría repetir. Nos arrepentimos de no haber reservado el desayuno, que tenía una pinta increíble.
