All great! Great location. A few meters from the beautiful lake. The lake and the surrounding mountains are amazing (looks like Switzerland). Very quiet and great way to recharge after Kyoto or Tokyo. Great onsen. Great view of Mount Fuji from your room and from the terrace. I saw Fujisan clearly both days. Great host who picked me up from the station and drove me back to the station the day after. I stayed 3 weeks in Japan and this place was the best by far!

Traditional ryokan with the most amazing breakfast and a supwr helpful host! View of Mt Fuji and lovely lakeside location. .
The shower in our room was out of service so we had ro uae the public shower in the onsen.

The Japanese traditional essence, the view from inside the room and the balcony, and the staff were impeccable. The room felt really comfortable. Breakfast was incredible! We also got a ride from the Ryokan to Kawaguchiko station when leaving, which was great.
Having some shared facilities can be bothersome for some people, but we found it okay.
