Wonderful house. This was my favorite we stayed at during our trip to Japan. We went during late winter/very early spring so temp was on average 7-10 degrees C. Heaters were sufficient. Spacious living room and bedrooms. The bathroom also was a delight. Washing machine and dryer were available with assistance from staff and charge of 500 yen per load. The staff were accommodating and very helpful
It is out of the way from Kwaguchiko station (2 km). We took a taxi going there and the driver found it easily enough. However, early in the morning we had to walk quite a bit from the house to the station as there were no buses available yet. We are thankful to the staff who drove us from the house to Kawaguchiko station on our last day there

Comfiest beds!!! Wish we had stayed longer just to enjoy them longer.
The room is clean and tidy, with a very smooth and easy self check in process.
The hosts were responsive when messaged
Overall this is a great little stop if visiting Mount Fuji. The kitchen was also helpful to make our own breakfast after being in hotels for a while.
Nice quiet peaceful street away from all the main tourists but easy to walk around

マットレスがあるので、家族で泊まることができる。
ファンヒーターがあるのでエアコンでも寒い時は部屋を温められる。
キッチンのスポンジが使い回しなので、どこを洗ったものかわからず使えなかった。
リモコンカバーがついてるが、カバー汚れてて清潔感に欠ける。
シーツは清潔だが、毛布はカバーとかないので誰が使ったそのままと考えると気になる。
壁の飾り物などが統一感がなく、誰かの部屋感があるので、何もなくていい。
