Check in troppo “laborioso”. Ma per il resto, tutto super ☺️

Central location in historic centre, fully equipped flat, spacious, AC, safe area, property manager. There aren’t many flats that could accommodate 3 people in 3 bedrooms

Potentially very comfortable apartment, perfectly located to reach every attraction by foot

The day we arrived, some construction works we carried on in the apartment above the one we rented. The next morning at 8am works started with a lot of unbearable noise and construction waste falling on to the balcony. Impossible to sleep. Noise continued all day long. When we asked to be given another place to stay the remaining days, we were told that nothing was available and the agency was not aware of the works. What was even worst, the agency didn’t even offered a refund, based on the excuse that they were not informed about the works. Luckily the next day the works were completed but we were left without any refund, nor ‘we’re sorry for the inconvenience’. Very unprofessional.
