The accommodation is perfect, spacious, and equipped with all the essential kitchen items. The bed is very comfortable. The other sofa bed is also very comfortable.

There is nothing to complain about; everything in the accommodation is perfect.

La poltrona letto é estremamente scomoda per dormire: c’è un ferro al centro che costringe chi ci dorme a doversi rannicchiare o a destra o a sinistra di questa barra centrale. L’appartamento é bello, ma manca di manutenzione. La maniglia di un bagno si stacca se si vuole chiudere la porta dall’esterno del bagno e ti rimane in mano, manca un cassetto della scarpiera, le antine di un armadietto con chiusura a pressione non chiudono più. Gli spigoli interni del piatto doccia sono neri, denotano reiterata pulizia superficiale. Peccato perché sarebbe un nell’appartamento.

Potentially very comfortable apartment, perfectly located to reach every attraction by foot

The day we arrived, some construction works we carried on in the apartment above the one we rented. The next morning at 8am works started with a lot of unbearable noise and construction waste falling on to the balcony. Impossible to sleep. Noise continued all day long. When we asked to be given another place to stay the remaining days, we were told that nothing was available and the agency was not aware of the works. What was even worst, the agency didn’t even offered a refund, based on the excuse that they were not informed about the works. Luckily the next day the works were completed but we were left without any refund, nor ‘we’re sorry for the inconvenience’. Very unprofessional.
