Mieszkanie czyste, schludne, przestronne, na żywo prezentuje się dużo lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne. Na duży plus 2 łazienki: jedna z prysznicem, druga z prysznicem i wanną. Drzwi otwierane i zamykane kodem. Bardzo duży taras z możliwością rozsunięcia rolety. Widok z tarasu na sąsiednie budynki. W mieszkaniu klimatyzacja w salonie i w jednej sypialni, druga sypialnia wyposażona w wiatrak, ale spokojnie dawał radę. Bardzo blisko do publicznej plaży, w najbliższym otoczeniu sklepy, restauracje, lodziarnia.
Klimatyzacja była tak ustawiona że najniższa temperatura chłodzenia to 25 stopni, nam to wystarczyło, ale przy większych upałach można to być problem, na stronie brak o tym informacji. Mieszkanie można by też wyposażyć w podstawowe chociaż akcesoria plażowe (np. parasol, zabawki plażowe dla dzieci).

Miły, pomocny gospodarz, wspaniała lokalizacja - bardzo blisko plaży , sklepu, dworca, restauracji i kawiarni, doskonale wyposażony apartament, bardzo wygodne łóżka, cudny taras!
